Upsert association between document sets and document types

Includes the 'at' property for companies in the Portuguese fiscal zone. Keep in mind this is an "upsert". All document type associations to the document set will be deleted and the sent ones will stay. So all associations need to always be sent in the DocumentSetCreate or DocumentSetUpdate.
